In this Learning Situation, kids are chefs from their home restaurant. They have to show their best skills and record themselves making their best recipe for a chef competition.

ERASMUS INTERNS

This is how we welcome teacher trainees from different parts of the world. They come here as interns and they participate in our lessons as teacher assisstants.

CLIL | 01 PARELLADES TUBE

In this Project based learning (PBL) students had to work cooperatively in order to produce a TV Show with different sections. They had to come up with dialogues and use the new technologies to create  a video representing a whole tv show.

Project | 02 Penpals & Etwinning

Here, students had to agree as a group a topic to talk about with kids from other schools (sometimes from a different country). Then, individually, they had to write letters or record video messages to their penpals. Peer work was held to develop their writing and speaking scripts. This project was shared with teachers from other schools and coordinated by me.

Project | 03 Types of animals

In this project students discovered about mammals, reptiles, fish and so on. Hands on taks and group work activities were developed with enthusiasm.

CLIL | 04

Project | 04 Healthy food

This is another clil project about healthy food. Students seemed to enjoy discovering all the different features that food labels have and how they can ingest healthier products.

PBL | 05

Project | 05 Competency-based learning

This project was elaborated by a group of English teachers from Catalonia and me. Its aim, is to organize activities and an escape room project for students to work in  a competency-based learning environment.

IBL | 06

Break out | 06 Halloween Escape Room

This gamified break out was elaborated by my team from EslGarraf and me. Its aim is to help students stop a crazy dentitst that thinks that Halloween must be cancelled.
